A new online portal that gives bpha residents the chance to feedback on our services has been launched.

Viewpoint allows our tenants the chance to take part in online surveys, consultations and interactive tasks at a time that suits them. In return for their feedback and thoughts residents can earn points to turn into online rewards while also help bpha to improve its services.

Viewpoint allows residents to:

• Give feedback online whenever they like

• Help us to improve our services

• Earn points to turn into Love2Shop vouchers

Julie Wittich, Director of Service Delivery at bpha, said: “We are really excited to launch Viewpoint, which gives our customers the opportunity to help us improve our services and to be better at what we do. The consultations and surveys may be about specific subjects or about wider services, but the great thing is that residents can choose what they want to take part in depending on their own available time and interests.

“They can give us their feedback online whenever they like 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and in return earn points to turn into online rewards, so I hope that as many of our residents as possible register and get involved.”

We are looking for feedback on our ‘Let’s Get Moving’ leaflet that is currently available on the Help To Buy East & South East website.

If you spend 10-15 minutes reading the leaflet before answering five simple questions you will receive 5 Love2Shop points.
