Customer feedback is extremely important to us. It lets us know what we are doing well, along with where and how we can improve.
From 1 April 2023, the Regulator for Social Housing is introducing Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).
The TSMs will measure how satisfied tenants are with the services we provide. This is one of the important ways that will help us understand your experiences of bpha and help us make improvements as a result. To help us carry out this vital research we have commissioned IFF Research to undertake surveys on our behalf.
Customers will be selected randomly to take part in a short survey to share experiences about bpha’s services. You may receive a phone call from 0203 148 7645 or get an email from
