A modern Independent Living with Care scheme in a desirable location, with GP close by.

Wootton Vale was opened in 2019. Surrounded by houses built at the same time, the local community has developed and grown together, resulting in connections such as our inter-generational project.

There is a convenience shop and two pubs a short distance away, and the A421 is a couple of minutes’ drive away, giving easy access to the M1, Bedford, Milton Keynes and Cambridge.

Wootton Vale’s large windows and bright décor give the communal lounge, seating areas and restaurant a light, spacious feel, which is echoed in the apartments.
