Understanding fire safety in high rise buildings
It is important that residents are able to easily access key safety information for their blocks and understand what fire safety measures are in place.
To help share this information we have developed a video which shows what they are, why they are needed and how all residents can help to keep themselves and others safe in the event of a fire.
The short video looks, at the use of sprinklers, what to do if a fire breaks out and why keeping communal areas clear can help to prevent a fire spreading.
Residents who would like to find out more about fire safety or have any questions or concerns can get in touch either by calling 0330 100 0272, emailing CustomerVoice@bpha.org.uk or visiting our customer engagement portal The Place https://theplace.bpha.org.uk/
