If you are looking to live life your way, with the convenience of your own front door, and access to friends, amenities, and support, then it could be.

We understand that everyone’s needs are different, so we customise our services to suit your individual requirements. This extends beyond physical care; whether you need financial guidance, mental health support, or assistance with employment, we can connect you with the right professionals who can help. We work with a vast network of specialist organisations and agencies, ensuring that we can provide the support you need.

Care options

We offer two types of schemes: Independent Living, and Independent Living Plus.

Independent Living Plus schemes have trained care teams, available on-site 24 hours a day, plus a Scheme Manager. In these schemes, on-site care is tailored to suit your needs, which may have been identified in your Care Plan or as part of the assessment carried out by the care team on site.

If an Independent Living schemes without on-site care is a better fit for you, you will have a dedicated Independent Living Housing Officer as your main point of contact.

Whether you need a few hours assistance a week, or daily support, the team will work with you to develop a personalised plan. As your needs evolve, your plan can be adjusted accordingly.

Shared Ownership

Shared Ownership is available in several of the Independent Living Plus schemes and in one of our Independent Living schemes: Warburton House. Shared Ownership allows you to purchase an initial share that aligns with your affordability. If you choose to purchase a 75% share, there will be no rent payable on the remaining 25%.
