If you are trapped in a lift please use the emergency call system. If there is an issue with the emergency system please call 0330 100 0272 and our lift contractors will be with you as soon as possible.

Domestic stair lifts

If you are charged for maintenance of your domestic stair lift, please contact the customer contact centre on 0330 100 0272 and report your urgent repair.

Through the floor lifts

Through the floor lifts repairs, please contact the customer communications centre on 0330 100 0272 and report your urgent repair.

Care Staff - lifting equipment
