If your home was built during or after 2023 your lease may contain information about a repairs allowance.
If you live in a house, you’re responsible for both the inside and outside your home.
Your lease will contain a plan drawing of your property’s boundary which may include garden and parking areas. If these areas are within the red line then you are responsible. If you live in a flat, you are responsible for the inside of your home.
