Changes to personal information

When you sign a tenancy agreement we take some basic information about you and your family such as how many people live with you.

We know that over time, circumstances change such as children moving out, a new partner moving in, babies being born etc. If your circumstances change, it may help you if you let us know especially if it impacts on the service you receive from us.

For example, if your become ill or your mobility changes and you need adaptations in your home or you have a new addition to your family and you need a bigger property. While we may not be able to help you move quickly, it will help us plan for the future and can influence the type of housing we build.
