The Place

Become an involved customer at The Place

If you are a bpha customer then why not join our online engagement community The Place? You could also become an involved resident and use these platforms to tell us what you think about the services you receive from us.

Having your say has never been easier, and it isn’t just about attending meetings – there are many ways to get involved. You can engage with us online, over the phone or by post, whether it’s joining us on a community walkabout, a one-off focus group or spending a few minutes doing a quick survey – there’s a role for you!

Listening to and acting on what you tell us about your homes, neighbourhoods and services is important to us. By getting involved, you get the chance to tell us what matters to you and help to make things better where you live.

It’s also a great way of meeting neighbours and new people.

We don’t want anything to stop you from getting involved. That’s why if there is a meeting you’re invited to attend, we cover travel costs and make sure that the venues and facilities we use are accessible to everyone.

It’s easy to get involved – just register your interest online at The Place or contact us by emailing us at customervoice@bpha.org.uk

What you can do to get involved

Focus groups

One-off groups set up to focus on a specific issue for a limited time.

Mystery shopping

‘Test’ our services and tell us what we did well and how we could make improvements. Full training is provided. You can email us at customervoice@bpha.org.uk.

Online engagement

Not all residents are able to attend meetings, so we’re developing online discussion forums at The Place for residents who want to get involved but prefer to do so online.

Performance monitoring and service improvement

A monitoring role looking at how our housing services are performing and work with officers to suggest improvements.

Surveys

From time to time, we might ask you to complete a quick survey online, by text or telephone to give us feedback on specific services.

Resident Inspectors

We have a group of Resident Inspectors who assist bpha by conducting research through the inspections of contract work, for example they are currently inspecting TSG Boiler servicing, Grounds maintenance and cleaning contract. If you would like to become a resident inspector please email us at customervoice@bpha.org.uk.

Resolve

Resolve is our complaints group who look at our quarterly complaints received by bpha. They review the complaints based on the policy, procedure and ombudsman code and make recommendations if any failings in the process. If you would like to become part of our Resolve group, please email us at customervoice@bpha.org.uk.

Have your say on The Place

Our online forums and surveys give bpha homeowners and customers the chance to feedback on the services and experiences you receive from us.

Please share your thoughts and let us know on the ideas page if there is anything else you would like to see on The Place.
