bpha owns and manages Independent Living schemes for over 55s across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire, with one scheme each in Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Wiltshire.
Independent Living is popular with customers who like having their own home and front door but with the convenience of access to a community, amenities, and support.
We offer two types of schemes: Independent Living, and Independent Living with Care.
Independent Living with Care schemes have trained care teams, available on-site 24 hours a day, plus a Scheme Manager. For schemes without on-site care, you will have a dedicated Independent Living Housing Officer as your main point of contact.

When I moved in a year ago, I felt comfortable about mingling with everyone straight away.
