A top rating for bpha in 2025/26 Homes England Compliance Audit

We’re delighted to share that bpha has received a ‘Green’ rating in the 2025/26 Homes England Compliance Audit.
The Compliance Audit applies to organisations that receive funding under the Homes England affordable housing programmes, which includes bpha. The affordable housing programme provides government grants to build homes for people priced out of the market.
A Green rating is the highest assurance Homes England awards. It reflects:
- Strong governance and compliance
- Confidence in how public funds are managed
- A positive foundation for future Homes England investment in bpha developments.
The independent audit, carried out by RSM UK Risk Assurance Services LLP, confirmed that bpha has complied with all programme requirements, funding conditions and Homes England guidance. Importantly, no breaches were identified across any of the areas reviewed.
Two housing schemes were included in this year’s audit and both met all compliance expectations, with no breaches.
