Affordable homes coming to Linmere

We recently held a sales information event for potential customers and the local community to discover more about the shared ownership homes we are developing in partnership with Hill Group.
The event was a success with many local people finding out more about the affordable homes we are developing in the area, while enjoying nibbles provided by local company Roam.
The properties which will comprise a mix of houses and apartments have been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the local population and help to ensure those that wish to stay in the area have an affordable housing option to enable them to do so.
