bpha’s vision and commitments for the next five years

We have launched a new Corporate Strategy, which set out the priorities for 2024-2029 that will help us deliver the services that existing and future customers, and the wider community needs.

While building the Strategy, we revisited bpha’s vision, taking into account feedback that it needs to clearly summarise what we do. The result is: Quality homes. Connected communities.

The Strategy has been developed in consultation with colleagues and customers, and is informed by the challenges of the last five years, including the Covid pandemic, Brexit, the cost of living crisis and war in Europe.

It focusses on four commitments, outlining how we plan to achieve each one, and how we’ll measure progress.

  1. Deliver quality and value to customers
  2. Help make places and build local communities
  3. Create a sustainable future
  4. Put people at the heart of bpha
