Celebrating an important milestone

We recently celebrated working in partnership with Hill Group, Homes England, Central Beds Council and LIH with a topping out ceremony at our latest scheme at Linmere. The event marked an important milestone in the construction of 100 much needed affordable homes as part of the growing Linmere community.
At bpha, we are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable homes for the people who need them most. This development will provide 51 homes for rent and 49 for shared ownership, with a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom houses. All homes will benefit from a dedicated parking space and EV charging point.
Linmere is a development designed for the future – a place that will grow and evolve over the next 15 years into a thriving, well-connected community. With up to 5,150 homes planned, this is a landmark project for South Bedfordshire, and we are proud to be part of it.
