Celebration at Bury Court

Residents joined bpha Chairman Jeff Halliwell and the mayor, along with @United Living to officially mark the completion of the refurbishment at Bury Court.
Guests were able to enjoy refreshments while finding out more about the improvements to the block, which included installing more CCTV to help combat anti-social behaviour, balconies converted to winter gardens so they are useable spaces all year round and increased parking. Later in the year we’ll be installing EV charging points to some of the spaces.
Jeff Halliwell commented “A key aim of the work has been to reduce customers energy bills. The refurbishment has seen the block transformed with new rainscreen cladding, external wall insulation and high-performance double glazing.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank residents for their patience during the works and hope you all agree the transformation has been worth the wait.”
