Thank you to everyone who has contacted the Complaints Team over the last 12 months. When you feel that something has gone wrong, we appreciate the opportunity to investigate, address and resolve the situation, and make sure we learn and improve.
The annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement report for 2024/25 report aims to provide a comprehensive overview of complaints and compliments received, the outcome of any investigations, and the actions we have taken to resolve the complaints and improve our services to you.
