The final edition of your bpha customer magazine, Talk, for 2025 is out now.

If we have your email address, it should be in your inbox already – if you’ve not received it, or we don’t have an email address for you, please email talk@bpha.org.uk.

This edition is introduced by Paula Worswick, who is bpha’s Assistant Director for Risk, Assurance and Sustainability. You’ll find a feature explaining more about what sustainability means and how it affects you and the work that bpha does.

On page 10 you will find a new video that shows what to expect when your kitchen is due to be replaced.

Customers in and around St Neots can find out more about Housing Officer Ben Pecorini, as well as details of the regular drop-in he runs at Loves Farm.

Money Advice Manager, Amanda Ryan, is back with information and advice if you’re worried about your finances over Christmas and into the New Year.

The latest in our series on tackling anti-social behaviour is about neighbour disputes, which we know can be distressing for anyone involved.
