This week the Procurement Act 2023 will come into effect.
The Act brings in rules that will change how we buy goods and services, and will streamline our procurement process.
But there’s benefits for our suppliers too. The process has been designed to be simple and flexible, making it easier for small businesses, start-ups and social enterprises. There are several updates to the Find a Tender service, which you can read more about here.
