Free physical and mental wellbeing activities for residents of Kingsbrook and Cauldwell, Bedford

Following the news of a £10,000 grant from The BIG Local fund managed by Bedford and Luton Community Foundation (BLCF) to create free ‘Healthy People, Healthy Communities’ activity sessions between June and next March, residents can now sign up for the free activities.
Sessions include boxercise, yoga, walking football and many more.
