Homes in Bedford and Central Bedfordshire transfer to bpha

We are delighted to announce the completion of the transfer of over 200 homes in Bedford and Central Bedfordshire from Clarion Housing Association to bpha.
Customers transferring to bpha have received a welcome pack providing them with information on bpha and introducing their Housing Officer. We’ve also set up a dedicated web page to provide easy access to support and information they may need in their first few weeks of becoming a bpha customer.
During April colleagues will be visiting customers in their homes, to get to know them, explain more about bpha and the support we can provide if needed.
The new customers will benefit from being served by dedicated bpha teams that already have deep local knowledge and strong neighbourhood partnerships.
Resource has been increased in our housing and repairs teams to ensure quality of service, while welcoming customers to communities where they feel safe, included and valued.
The completion of the transfer of 978 homes in Luton will take place in May.
