Homes in Luton transfer to bpha

We are delighted to announce the completion of the transfer of over 900 homes in Luton from Clarion Housing Association to bpha, this forms part of the transfer of over 1,200 properties with homes in Bedford and Central Bedfordshire which completed in March.
Next week colleagues will be visiting customers in their homes, to get to know them, explain more about bpha and the support we can provide if needed.
Our new customers will be looked after by dedicated bpha teams who have local expertise and well-established connections in the community. For our current bpha residents, the addition of these homes will enhance our ability to provide services across the area.
We have strengthened the staffing in our housing and repairs teams to maintain the high standard of service our customers expect. And ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued in communities where safety and inclusion are a priority.
