The report looks at how we invest the money received from rents and service charges back into homes and services – providing a clear and transparent breakdown of how each pound is spent.
During 2024/2025 we completed over 53,000 repairs, spending £9.2 million, with January being our busiest month.
As part of our asset management programme, we inspected neatly 3,500 homes, and spent £20million replacing kitchens, bathrooms, boilers and windows – along with improving overall energy efficiency. 91% of homes now meet at least EPC Band C for energy efficiency.
Our Money Advice Team supported customers with £1.1 million of debt, including rent arrears, council tax, and utilities.
