Improving the sustainability of your homes and neighbourhoods

We are pleased to share our annual Sustainability Report, covering some positive progress.
It includes information on how we tackle and positively adapt to climate change, our focus on ensuring customers’ homes are well maintained and fit for the future plus our focus on wellbeing.
Some of the year’s progress includes:
- Increasing the number of our 20,000 homes meeting the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Band C and above to 90%. Plans are in place to bring all homes to this standard
- Working closely with customers and partners including Bedford Borough Council to develop a masterplan for quality, sustainable homes for the Greyfriars regeneration area in Bedford as part of a wider town centre regeneration
- Joining with other housing associations and local authority partners in a Health and Housing Partnership to positively impact the health and wellbeing of the people and communities we serve
- Introduction of a new customer led Service Improvement Panel to review and shape bpha services and improve overall customer experience.
