my.account: information at your fingertips

my.account is your bpha customer online portal. It’s available for you to check your account details, find useful information and log requests when it suits you. And it’s mobile friendly so you can do what you need to whether at home, or out and about.

With my.account you can:

  • View and update your details
  • View account information
  • Manage your account and payments
  • Request a repair
  • Apply for a garage
  • Send in an enquiry
  • Make a complaint/view a logged complaint
  • Find an energy certificate.

All you need to do is register here. If you have any issues registering for my.account, please email myaccount@bpha.org.uk, including your name and address, and we’ll sort this out for you.
