New! Our commitment to you, report communal repairs online and access to My Wellbeing Toolbox

11 September 2026

There’s lots happening right now – luckily the new edition of Talk is out now, with everything you need to know.

We have launched nine customer commitments that set out what you can expect from bpha. To help us keep these promises, we also ask you to meet five customer responsibilities. By working together, we can deliver better services for everyone.

Many of you are already using my.account, to manage your home and tenancy online and now there’s another reason to. You can now report communal repairs online, check if anyone else has reported the same issue and check what stage the reported repair is at. Find out more.

bpha is part of The Healthy Places and Communities partnership, which has launched My Wellbeing Toolbox, a free, practical, supportive online resource to help you when everyday life gets difficult to cope with.

We’re also pleased to introduce you to the wonderful team of volunteers who keep Café Connect, a community hub in Bedford, running.

Also in this edition:

  • Meet Ross from your Customer Service Improvement Panel
  • Do you know what to do if you find damp and mould in your home?
  • Thinking about installing an EV charger?
  • Why bpha asks about your health information
  • Money Advice from Amanda Ryan
  • How to create a lasting power of attorney so that someone you choose can make decisions on their behalf if you’re unable to.

And lots more!

If we have an email address for you, you should receive Talk direct to your inbox. If you don’t, please email [email protected] and we’ll sort that out for you. In the meantime, you can read the complete edition here.
