New! Report communal repairs in my.account

16 June 2026

If you live in a block that has a communal area or facilities – for example, a bin store, lighting, an entry phone or CCTV, you can now report a repair using my.account.

As well as letting us know that a repair is needed, in my.account you can:

  • See if a neighbour has already reported the repair
  • See a list of all repairs that have been reported for your communal spaces
  • Check for updates on a repair that’s been reported by you, or by someone else.

When you log into my.account, just click on ‘report a repair’ and you’ll have the option to report a repair for your home, or to log a communal repair.

Once you’ve clicked on ‘my block communal repair’, you’ll see a list of all open repairs for your block. If the issue you’d like to report isn’t listed, just click ‘new repair’.

My.account will then ask for more information so that we understand exactly where the issue is and what need repairing. You’ll be able to select what the problem is (see the image below).

You’ll have the option to type in information, add photos and add video – the more detail we have, the easier it is for us to make sure we understand what’s needed to fix it.

Once you’re finished, you’ll see a confirmation message and a reference number on the screen. If you go back into my.account to check what stage the repair is at, it will be listed with that reference number so that it’s easy for you to identify.

Don’t forget, there’s lots more you can do using my.account including managing your account and payments. If you’ve not used my.account before, it’s very easy to register. Just follow the steps from the home screen here. And, when you register, you’ll have the option to opt-in to my.50 which is a monthly prize draw for a £50 shopping voucher!
