Situated in the rural community of Fen Drayton our latest scheme in partnership with Excelsior Land offers applicants with a local connection a mix of one-bedroom bungalows and one, two and three bedroom houses for social rent and shared ownership.
All the homes will benefit from private off-street parking as well as pedestrian access to the community hall and the village.
The Modern Method of Construction (MMC) homes are being built with panel systems constructed off site by LoCal Homes and aim to achieve an energy rating of SAP A, using increased insulation, air source heat pumps and solar panels. The scheme has been designed to complement its rural position and will also provide public open space and community orchard.
The first homes are due for completion in Spring 2025.
