Quicker access to my.account!

my.account is your bpha customer online portal where you can access account details, find useful information, log repairs and send enquiries directly to us. my.account is quick and easy to use and mobile-friendly.

And we’ve just made it even easier to access.

Using a smartphone, you can ‘pin’ the link to my.account to your device’s home screen. It will look just like an app, saving you from needing to find the web page whenever you want to log in. Your pinned link will open directly to your my.account log-in area.

Adding the link only takes a minute. Just follow the steps below:

Apple:

  1. Open the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad
  1. Open the my.account, and log in
  1. Tap the ‘Share’ button in the toolbar
  1. Scroll down the list of options
  1. Select ‘Add to Home Screen’
  1. Enter a name for the shortcut on your home screen
  1. Tap ‘Add’ in the upper-right corner.

 

Android:

  1. Open the Chrome browser on your Android device 
  1. Open my.account and log in
  1. Tap the three-dot menu, in the top-right corner of the screen
  1. Select ‘Add to home screen’ from the menu that appears 
  2. Enter a name for the shortcut on your home screen
  1. Tap ‘Add’ - you may need to hold the icon to manually place it. 

 

If you don’t want to pin the link, don’t worry - you can still access my.account using the usual link here: my-account/.

Using your my.account login, you can:

  • View and update your details
  • Set up a Direct Debit
  • View account information
  • Manage your account and payments
  • Request repairs
  • Make an enquiry.
