As part of our ongoing maintenance programme, every 20 years we replace the kitchens in bpha rented homes.
When your kitchen is due to be replaced, we’ll send you a letter. When you hear from us please get in touch so we can arrange for one of our friendly team to visit you at home, where you’ll get to choose the colours and finishes for you new kitchen. They’ll also chat with you and explain what you can expect during the replacement, as well as answer any questions you have, along with how long it will take. Usually nine days.

You can check when your kitchen is due to be replaced by logging onto the customer portal, my.account. Here you will find information about your home, be able to manage your account or request a repair.
