We've recently received reports of people claiming to work on behalf of bpha and asking residents for payment for repairs or maintenance work.
Scams can take many forms, and fraudsters may use phone calls, emails, text messages, or doorstep visits to try to gain your trust. If something doesn't feel right, it's always best to check before taking any action.
Please remember that contractors working for bpha will never ask you for payment directly and will always show their ID.
If someone visits your home claiming to be from bpha and you are not expecting them, you can contact us before allowing them access so we can confirm whether they should be there.
If you have concerns about someone claiming to represent bpha, or if you have made a payment to someone carrying out work, please get in touch with us so that we can look into this for you.
