Customer repair and maintenance responsibilities

We regularly review our policies to ensure they reflect current regulations and give you clear guidance on our responsibilities, and yours too.

Ahead of a review of the Repairs policy, your Service Improvement Panel is looking at bpha’s and customers’ repair responsibilities to make recommendations on any changes they think are needed. They would like to hear your views on this too.

For every 25 responses we receive, we’ll add another £25 voucher to the prize pot, meaning the more people we hear from, the more chance you have of winning a voucher! What are you waiting for?

 

Do you live in a block where there is a communal cleaning service?

The cleaning contract we have with Town & Country, who carry out communal cleaning in areas outside of Bedford, is due to end in August this year. We are beginning the process to appoint a supplier for the new contract, which will start 1 September 2025. If you’re affected by this change, you will receive a letter from us with more information.
