Talk, your bpha customer magazine is out now

Talk magazine has been emailed to you today. The new edition includes all the latest news and updates from bpha, including information about changes to your rent and service charges, if applicable, that will apply from April.

As promised in the last edition, there’s an update on feedback that we gathered during the big listen survey late last year – plus your most recent Tenant Satisfaction Measures feedback and how we’re acting on it, with a focus on our aim to make a positive difference in your community.

You will meet Rachel Welbourn and Laura Plava who cover their roles and bpha’s next steps in tackling anti-social behaviour, along with a reminder of how to report incidents to us. 

Money Advice Manager, Amanda Ryan, is here with some guidance on checking your income and some examples of how her team have helped customers recently.
