The big listen!

Colleagues from across bpha were joined by board members as we embarked on our biggest customer engagement activity to date – The Big listen.

Connecting with nearly 3,000 homes and over 700 conversations on doorsteps. We asked customers ‘what’s the most important to you about the service you receive from bpha?’. The response was overwhelmingly positive.

Customers who were unable to answer on the doorstep or weren’t in were left information on the big listen, along with a link to our customer engagement portal – The Place, to feedback their views.

The teams are working through all the responses and using this valuable feedback to help understand what’s most important to customers and shaping our services to put people at the heart of everything we do.
