Welcome to bpha’s new website.

The new website has been designed to be easier to use for customers. This includes making key information easier to find, such as how to ‘report a repair’ or ‘make a payment’.

The website also includes live data, such as letting you know how long the wait time is on our contact channels, such as email phone, and WhatsApp.

Thank you to our customer group, who played such an important role in shaping and testing the new website. Their feedback very much influenced how it looks and works.

As with anything of this scale, you may experience a few glitches over the first few weeks. We will prioritise fixing any website issues you report and look forward to your thoughts on any suggested improvements.
