Welcoming Clarion customers to bpha

Colleagues from bpha recently visited 203 homes across Bedford and Dunstable as we welcomed the first tranche of Clarion customers to bpha.

For those who weren’t home a flyer was put through their door signposting them to the services we provide which included, money advice, my.account (the customer portal), becoming an involved customer and how to get in touch.

The customers who lived in Bedford town centre, Goldington, Kempston and The Parklands in Dunstable were asked what is most important to them when receiving a service from us.  The top three service areas of importance to the customers spoken to were.

  • Repairs and property condition (33%)
  • Response times and speed of service (25%)
  • Communication (14%).

The Property Services team and Housing Officer for the area are working through the feedback and will be contacting customers to provide support, advice and referrals.
