We are currently recruiting for a Director of Governance and Legal.
Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer and working closely with our Board and Executive Leadership Team, this instrumental role will support bpha’s governance and legal processes while contributing to the overall leadership of the organisation.
The successful candidate will have a track record of performing the role of legal counsel with experience of advising Boards and senior leadership teams. This includes a strong understanding of the many facets of corporate compliance, internal governance, as well as providing general legal and regulatory advice at a senior level.
