This year’s report recognises some of the challenges we faced while still dealing with the impact of Covid and looks at where we have improved services and what more we can do to support the communities in which we work.
We also take a look at the year in numbers. During a very difficult year the Money Advice Team supported 1,635 customers to source additional financial support. Our Customer Contact Centre responded to over 39,000 emails and took 111,998 calls.
