As a bpha employee, you’d be joining 450 passionate and valued colleagues, in a huge variety of roles – from Caretakers and Customer Service Advisors, to Software Developers and Surveyors. All working together, to achieve our mission and deliver quality service for over 19,000 homes and a more than 33,000 residents (and counting!).

Learning and development
We believe in nurturing the skills, experiences and knowledge of our employees, and creating a progressive environment that invests in their present and future. Helping them be the best they can be, so as bpha grows, they grow with it.
Learning and development is central to our culture here and something we invest heavily in. In 2019/2020, we ran over 2,000 courses and saw 8,342 leaning hours. We gave 65 learners inductions and saw 24 promotions!

From your initial in-depth induction and training on our fresh and modern eLearning system, along with virtual or classroom delivery where required – we make sure you have everything you will need to work safely and successfully, whatever your role.
Setting you off on the right foot, with essential training and an in-depth understanding of our departments, objectives, systems and processes.
We offer a refreshed approach to delivering Health & Safety training through new accredited modules to complement more traditional training methods. Making sure that you all of the relevant training to keep you safe in your role.
A wealth of training to develop you in your role, from on-the-job up-skill opportunities, to workshops and online learning.
We’ll give you help in identifying career paths and planning for growth and progression.

bpha have successfully launched an Apprenticeship programme with 2 Apprentices within Property Services, working alongside the team since 2018.
bpha’s Apprenticeship programme is open to both internal and external candidates, across a variety of areas. Full support is given to both Apprentice, their line manager and their mentor, as well as working closely with the provider to ensure everything is in place for the Apprentice to succeed.
We’re pleased to say that we are expanding our programme with more apprentice opportunities in 2021 and 2022.
